iPod touch updated -- same screen, new case, Nike+ integration {Engadget}

Sep 9th 2008 5:14PM Nope. Not going to happen. It pisses me off to. WTF Apple and Nike!?!

iPhone 2.1 software update announced (update: $10 for some iPod touch owners) {Engadget}

Sep 9th 2008 2:01PM Yeah, that would be some crap if I couldn't get it on my iPhone 3G. I was stoked seeing the Nike+ UI, but they never said anything about the update for iPhone. Here's to not having Apple screw me into having to get another device for only one purpose.

Live from Apple's 'Let's Rock' event in San Francisco {Engadget}

Sep 9th 2008 1:48PM So the Touch gets Nike+ but my iPhone (the better, more expensive, money making for Apple and At&t device) doesn't. Come on. I already have a nano with Nike+, would love to migrate to just my iPhone. Any word on that?

TUAW Faceoff: Nike + iPod versus iPhone 3G Challengers {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Sep 3rd 2008 5:07PM So...music is basically not an option while running. I know for intense runners that isn't an issue, but for the casual runner, like myself, the music is a important part of having the nike+.

Here's hoping that Apple and Nike are working together on an app that will access the music library on the iphone.

How to Jumpstart the Economy - Tax Free Small Businesses {Blog Maverick}

Jul 28th 2008 11:54AM Mark

"As an entrepreneur , I can tell you that working through the requirements of these four steps is scary and intimidating"

I am with you on that. I am just now taking the stance of "screw it" and finally moving forward with my business plans. For a while I was concerned with not setting something up right and the costs of doing so. But I have finally decided that I can't just sit and watch someone else do what I want to do. The risks of entrepreneurship I guess.

Taxes, they are always going to be debated on how to be implemented. Hell, our country was created because of taxes. I for one am up for the national sales tax. However, there are arguments against that as well. I just think that it hits up the non tax payers as well as those who spend a lot of money. But then you get the argument that if everything is taxed higher, not as many people spend and buy things which slows the economy down. However, if I had the extra cash in my account that was withheld for taxes, I am pretty sure I would spend it. Who knows.

Good idea though. I'd love to be in your circle to be able to have discussions like this.

Regards,

Seth

AT&T's U-verse scoots into Tulsa, Oklahoma {Engadget HD}

Jul 9th 2008 2:45PM I have had U-verse in Dallas, TX for the last 6 months. I have had great service and picture quality with both HD and SD. The only drawbacks are only one DVR and no full home DVR capabilities yet. Although, that is supposed to change. Internet speed has been quick (Pro Service @ 3 Mbps) and the one service issue I had, was resolved quickly.

I recommend it, still young system, but only getting better.

AT&T adding four new U-verse HD channels? {Engadget HD}

Jul 9th 2008 2:39PM I was excited to read this @ giz - http://gizmodo.com/5022574/the-future-of-tv-according-to-att

However, I was sad to find out that I can't transfer my U-verse service to my apt that I am moving to which is less than a mile away from my current one.

Jun 27th 2008 2:11AM Isn't FIC involved with OpenMoko?

Redesign giveaway: HTC's new Shift UMPC {Engadget}

Apr 11th 2008 3:25PM I'd show all my friends who have an iPhone a device that is twice as big, twice as expensive and o wait...
