Circuit City triples return time window for HD DVD player purchases {Engadget HD}

Mar 24th 2008 10:08AM I was able to return my HD-A20 I purchased in mid-2007 for a $100 credit. I believe it is somewhat dependent upon the Customer Service Manager working at the time (this one happened to be really good).
