Mar 21st 2008 12:55PM Installation of U-verse Monday. 3-17-08, failed tuesday, attempted repairs wednesday but fruitless, no work thursday nothing Fri, repeated calls to customer care all week lots of "will call you back" but all lies from techs in four different states Only bright spot was installer who gave me personal phone number and Friday gave me his managers number who has phoned me and and now promises to reschedule installation and return calls.
