Since moving to Maryland, I've noticed that people here are partial to the real thing, especially when it involves cracking open a crab and picking around all the grossness for a few bits of meat. Nov 10th 2008 8:48AM I have a similar Cuisinart griddler, but still have the sandwich-flattening problem. I have yet to figure out a way to keep it from turning grilled cheese sandwiches into grilled flatbreads.
