NFL Network & Comcast could be close to a deal, moving channel to digital basic {Engadget HD}
May 18th 2009 5:26PM If Comcast, FIOS, and the other cable companies can shove MLB Network on digital basic without anyone complaining, those that complain about NFLN have no case. NFLN carries EIGHT games, even some that actually mean something, while MLBN offers a lame Saturday night game and a lame Thursday night game every week. Those MLBN games further dilute the product by putting EVEN MORE games on national TV and we have NO CHOICE but to have the channel. NFLN had no problem being on a digital basic or expanded tier, so give them a shot.
Is MOJO HD on the verge of shutting down? {Engadget HD}
Sep 18th 2008 9:04PM Most of the time MOJO on Comcast in New Jersey was pre-empted during prime time hours for local hockey games in HD last year[almost every night]. Comcast's recent deal with HDNet probably was the final nail in MOJO's coffin. BTW, I agree with others that liked the old INHD/INHD2 offerings better thatn MOJO,
