Circuit City triples return time window for HD DVD player purchases {Engadget HD}

Mar 10th 2008 9:44PM Unfortunately my experience in returning mine was less than pleasant. I was told the HD-DVD return MUST accompany a BluRay purchase, and the store didn't even have them in stock. So it ended up being a special order! I was hoping to wait until the next gen BluRay players were out. Calling their phone support, they indicated that a return should be honored like any other. Not the case. Beware!
