Jun 9th 2009 10:27AM I think that was the plan all along. Let the dealers think they're not going to buy the inventory back. That way, they fire sale them and clear out inventory. Later on, buy back what's left and redistribute. I predicted this. They're smarter than I am, so I suspect they planned this.
