Feb 21st 2008 3:56AM I'm in Chesapeake, VA and they just started the upgrades in my neighborhood too. We got a letter a few weeks ago and a flier on the door handle a couple days ago. I had no clue they added more HD channels today. I knew it was taking me longer than usual to scroll through my 700s.
