Irony: Red light cameras a safety impediment {Autoblog}
Mar 14th 2008 10:31AM Wow, didn't see that coming. A government money-grab endangers public safety. Huh. Well, let's not rush to judgment. I'm sure our elected officials will conduct some thorough studies and by the year 2050 this will be all sorted out.
Rendered speculation: Jaguar XF convertible {Autoblog}
Sep 13th 2007 12:49AM Yes, Kristovar, yes! It's a bloated Eos (from that angle).
Yep, this car could be the death of Jag as we know it.

Aug 12th 2007 12:18PM The Wienermobile is the best. They came to my campus a while back. I was like wtf, it's real! The girls are so friendly, and they gave me a Wienermobile toy--nice!
Dodge Caliber SRT-4 finally coming this fall {Autoblog}
Jun 25th 2007 10:58AM That front end is a bit too subtle. Maybe add a couple of scoops at the very front of the hood, larger headlights, bigger air intake, wider wheel flares.
The porches under the headlights are just right. Practical, too--you can set a picnic spread there. Wait, make that a few BK value meals.
Jerry Springer fans, your car is ready! Cheap, ugly, loud. Did I mention cheap? Enjoy!

Jun 16th 2007 10:10AM What's a Plymouth? ;)
In a way, a sad metaphor for the decline of the American auto industry. The rusted bones of a dead brand exhumed.
I still miss my Plymouth Laser RS Turbo, had it over 13 years. Great car, if mostly Mitsu.

All six Star Wars films coming to Cinemax HD {Engadget HD}
Aug 17th 2006 7:57PM My only problem with this is that Cinemax HD is the most bit-starved of all the HD channels I get. I'm (luckily) with a very good second-tier cable provider, but even they can't help. AVS forums in the past (haven't kept up lately) have had many criticisms of Cinemax. An example; I've seen War of the Worlds blocking atrociously on Cinemax, and later it premiered on HBO looking great.
Maybe Lucas can edit out all the action scenes--"The all talk, no action Star Wars series coming to Cinemax!"
