Nov 3rd 2009 10:22AM I would love to see a Call of Duty mixed with Crackdown style Captain America game set in World War II. You have moments where Cap is part of crowd just fighting alongside normal G.I.s but you then have him jump 10ft to scale a building and drop in on the bad guys from behind. There are a lot of things you could do with that setting.
I think an obvious God of War style Thor game set in Asgard could easily work if some one was willing to put money behind it.

Oct 23rd 2009 1:37PM The niche audience I was referring to would be the people who would want a Blu-Ray accesory. Plus, with the time people who use VOD is a much larger audience than the Blu-Ray install base. Microsoft is trying to appeal to those people and draw them in.
That being said the amount of people who care about Blu-Ray quality video is a niche audience. The digital download audience has already surpassed the Blu-Ray install base and it will only grow bigger over time.

Oct 23rd 2009 12:34PM This rumor was silly to begin with. They are about to launch a 1080p instant stream service in about three weeks. With all the success they are having with Netflix why in the world would the go with Blu-Ray to satisfy a niche audience.

Oct 16th 2009 2:55PM It is simple by putting it out in January it means they are going to be spending Ad dollars and devoting previews straight through the holiday. If you have some one on the fence on picking up Dragon Age in December you will have a bunch of mind share devoted to Mass Effect 2.
