nice one laughing target, that was hot- except the not playing games thing (hurts my feelings).
personally, i'd like to see sony take an ass beating. the company has done a lot of good for the game industry but its quite clear to those with common sense that when a company is leading they almost automatically start stalling....cmon, for all you idiot sony fanboys, and punk ass so-called game "journalists" , you are willing to acept that the master builders at sony could not come up with a brand new controller in all these years. The dual shcok f'ing sucks. the console menu for the ps3(mimicing the psp) sucks as well. thier online service hopefully wont, but most likely WILL suck. cmon dudes, the writings on the wall- sony's up for a hurting. and i can say that becasue regardless what happens, sony aint going anywhere....whether bumbling and foolish they are, they will survive this debacle.
ps- whatever you do do not go check out those "blur" ray demos.....snore....that mpeg2 is really working wonders...so much for pushing the envelope sony.

yt another challenge o being a mac user. appe is a great company, but when a great company fucks up, the do it BIG time. I am/was amc gamer...until about a year go when my STILL KING duall 2.5 g5 found out it had no graphics card to but except a 400 dollar 3 generation old x800. i wanted to go dual monitor...no haps, because i woul dhave to buy that card- i dont consider anythign older of any value.
NVIDIA for the mac sucks because they dont write any drivers, apple does. ati has thier own override software for 3d games, turnign your monitor sideways support, etc. what does nvidia cards have? NOTHING. just tried call of duty 2 demo on my dualie2.5 with 9800/256mb card. then i had to turn settigns down. then i turned it off. sigh.
IO would dare use windows for , well, anything. i hate it. i love workign on my mac, because things just work.so to not havew any more/rcent games, just sucks a lot of balls. open GL is a dog. thats who we should be cursing. to all open gl developers: YOU ALL SUCK!! they havent advanced the spec in years. drag them out into th estreet and shoot them. if i was apple i'd just liscence direct x, because OPENGL BLOWS

EA isnt learning anything. this list is frickign hilarious- im not excited at all. the godfather was grgabage- why bother briging it out for next gen ystems...who the hell is gonna pay 60 bucks for that? hhahahahah Crysis and battlefield are the only things worthy of even mentioning.
The absolute best thing about this list is that i can continue to write EA off....

Jun 30th 2006 3:58PM The reason for all the bad PS3 news? People are actually gtting smarter! Gamers opinions actually matter- dont we spens the money?
Many gamers have become very tech inclined, and they know a raw deal when they see one....and a deal from sony is ALWAYS a raw deal. As far as i can tell no developer ever made anything with toy story graphics. Emotion Engine what? UMD who?
the funny thing about these developers is that what you can do in a game at this point just comes down to their imagination and game design. this whole thing about what one system can and cant(except for the Wii- thats old tech) do is utter garbage. How about telling these developers to make a game on the level of final fantasy or halo or oblivion? they will like shut it up because 85 percent of them just cant. So lets blame the hardware!
The only reason this whole debate goes on is because hardcore gamers and the smart-enough media is trying to justify sony's shenanigans and its effects on the games industry. It is obvious that sony is only acting in thier best interests, and can really give a POS about gamers anymore- if PS# fails, the companys gonna crumble and I'll be able to buy a piece down on the corner.
If only presented a better "value", the reaction would not be so apathetic. Its a nice product but wrapped up with uneccesary, albeit expensive addons(blu-ray) and wrapped around Sony's idiotic weekly pandering to the press. We dont love you sony. We love games. Remember that!

Jun 27th 2006 10:50AM I must concur- I went down to my newly built CC here in NYC and i just happened to come across the Blu-Ray display......OMFG!!!
HORRIBLE- WHY DID THEY BOTHER? the pictur sucked- to a point that i had to look to make sure the movie was actually playing off of a bluray player....dear god it was piss poor and i thank my lucky stars i havent wasted any money on 1.0 hardware. Personally i'm rooting for HDDVD- sony is too much of a bastard corporation.
if consumers let sony rule the market yet again, we will al be toast as thier legendary high prices and sony way or the hogh way mentality gets groaned upon then eventually accepted by consumers with no other choice. sigh....if it wasnt for playatsation, sony would damn near out of business...

violence is fine as long as its not in a video game. who knew kids had feelings? A lie you tell. Refrain from sex but porn is the biggest industry in the US next to oil. dont play violent games but natural born killers was a great(still is) movie. Crash? (original movie) they should have never made it. the sex scence with the girl in a body cast made me hurl. call the decency cops- i think they are at Wal-mart right now!
only thing 'suggestive' here is that america is backwards as hell, as the sight of a pair of breasts will probably get you thrown in jail and is 'wrong for our kids'- even though we have all seen them and sucked them, and spend countless hours trying to get some groped by our hands and mouths. Then the person who locks you up sits back and watches porn. the money made off jailbirds then pays for the judges strippers.
