I remember when they used to have the first 3 rounds of the NCAA basketball tournament. If a game was on they would show it unlike CBS that leaves a game for the local new.

Jul 1st 2008 8:35AM It seems like there are still some bugs to work out with the new channels. TBS HD and ESPN News HD show up in the guide but are not available to tune in.

It basically says the studios are throtling Netflix to try to get people to buy instead of rent.
