Oct 28th 2009 8:47AM I thought his break out "full fledged movie star" role was in "The 40 year old virgin."

Oct 22nd 2009 8:00AM I loved that movie - way more than the original. It was truer to the source material, for starters.

Discuss: Is 'The Invention of Lying' Just an Atheist Screed? {Cinematical}

Oct 13th 2009 10:42AM Comparing anything Gervais has done with "Year One" is asinine. If you don't get the joke, that's different. There are a lot of other comedies out there for your viewing pleasure.

That being said, I see the movie like a parable told from an atheist's perspective as opposed to being blatantly anti-religious. It's supposed to make you think and question things.

Oct 2nd 2009 10:36PM You are way off on this one. Gervais handles this part incredibly. I was really stunned at his abilities this time. Way better than he did in Ghost Town.

'Friends' Gunther Swears Movie is On the Way {Cinematical}

Sep 29th 2009 8:14AM I don't know if a movie is a good idea anymore. The show hasn't held up as well as other big 90s hits (specifically, Seinfeld) and I think that its popularity is waning.

Now It's the 50 Best Movies of the Decade! {Cinematical}

Sep 25th 2009 8:05PM This list showed up on Fark a few days ago and got eaten alive (deservedly so). Horrible.
