Jan 26th 2008 4:00PM Oceanic Time Warner Cable in Hawaii won't install CableCards and sell their HD package since they're running SDV. So why even bother picking up an HDTV at this point since their "DVR" HD box is flunky and loses your recordings on a regular basis. Big NO here.
