Feb 28th 2006 11:03PM C'mon people... speed limits exist for one reason: to provide a source of revenue for the city/state. All the crap arguments raised about safety are just there to justify this "driving tax". I was driving to work today and noticed on a particular traffic light the red light violation sign had been updated to indicate a fine of $336 (minimum). Now they tell you it's because they want to save lives caused by side impacts... but we all know the real reason.
