Jul 27th 2006 8:03PM I'd have to say soccer is the most improved because the game is viewed at such a distance. I'm sure hockey is great too but I'm not a fan so seeing the puck doesn't really matter to me. I found basketball to be somewhat annoying with all the flashes, strobes, and advertisements. It ended up being visual pollution. Golf is nice and baseball is great too. I still can't get over how good World Cup soccer looked though. Wow.
What's on HDTV this summer? {Engadget HD}
May 23rd 2006 6:41PM I'm trying to figure out how to record the World Cup games on my DVR then pull them on to my notebook so I can use DivX to burn them to DVDs in HD format. Anyone have a good link on this subject? Thanks.
