Jan 26th 2009 6:35PM Great company. A dvd was not available locally to me so they shipped it (arrived from CO) today AND it was a 4th, not one of my 3 in regular rotation. I didn't even ask or bat an eye but they took initiative.

Jan 12th 2008 12:51PM I went Direct because of the package choices at the time and the HD offer. I love it. No problems ever and their webpage is fantasic w/ questions (Technical Help Forums).
