Jun 22nd 2008 1:14AM Pt Dume is a semi-private beach. There is no public access to the water line unless you go through the gates that are always locked. People have been getting beat up at the Point for decades. I will bet that the next step will be paps getting their tires slashed while the go down to the beach. That used to happen to the non-locals that went down to Pt. Dume.

Jan 11th 2007 3:43PM Apple will continue to use the name "iPhone" till all the court appeals have failed and then change the name to ApplePhone. People will continue to call it iPhone and Cisco will never get their trademark back.
Face it, Apple has "kleenexed" the entire iBrand so that people always think of Apple when they see the "i" tag on any product.

May 15th 2006 12:01PM Battlestar Galactica is already in HD. They are shown on the UHD network. Season 1 & 2 have already been shown and they are about to repeat season 1.
