Oct 14th 2008 1:55PM $1000 for a Mac is a great price...lest you forget you're paying for quality for years to come. It's not just a brand, really. It's years of quality. My wife's iBook G3 is still quite functional, albeit slow.
[btw: I'm coming from 10 years exp. in a tech field, working with PCs mostly...and having enough personal frustration of my own, I splurged on a Mac recently, and haven't looked back]

I bought it at 10AM, returned it at 11AM. Couldn't stand the game. It's like the developers made it in one night. I don't think it's worth the 9 out of 10. I'll give it a 6.....maybe.
