Oct 21st 2009 2:07PM @ssoltero: SplitFish already made this controller (although wired) for the PS2 long before the 360 launched.. So it's nothing new..

Forthcoming Xbox 360 update locks out 'unauthorized' memory units {Engadget}
Oct 19th 2009 3:40AM Well, you really shouldn't blame MS for this, they are protecting their business and their license-partners..
You should blame the producers of those 'knockoff'-cards as they released a device without the proper license..

Oct 19th 2009 3:35AM @Tom: that's not actually getting mkv to work on the xbox360, all it does is convert it 'on the fly' to a format the xbox360 knows. The problem with that is that you also need a hefty computer to do the converting....

Sep 30th 2009 3:51AM @Decoy: just keep on dreaming...... the mac doesn't get any virusses? oh that's why they are putting a virusscanner in the new OSX, because there aren't any virusses...
The only reason why the Mac has been relatively safe is because it wasn't used as much as Windows (also the same reason why Linux hasn't got much), but as soon as more and more people are starting to use MacOSX it will also be a more interesting target for viruswriters.. and don't think MacOSX is a safe OS, it really is just as full of holes as the current Vista has..
PSP Go refused by game retailer as Blockbuster fiddles {Engadget}
Sep 16th 2009 2:26PM Well, they make 1 very good point:
No more bargains, or competition between stores... So you can't go search around for a cheaper one.. And my whole collection consists of searching and trying to buy the cheapest one (at that time), otherwise I wouldn't have over 40 PS3 games since I got my PS3 (20-december-2008), I would propably have only 1 or 2 games.. AND let's not forget with disks you can play the game anytime you want, because with a digital download your HDD will soon run out of space and you must delete games, so if you ever want to play those games again you first have to start downloading them again (which for a lot of people can take a very long time)..
