Jun 18th 2008 12:35PM I was in Circuit City last night with a friend that was picking up a 50 pack of single layer DVD's for $9. I saw they had some blank blu-ray disks there. One single layer BD-Rom cost $25!!
Now, I was only 15 when DVD's first came out, but were they that expensive as well? $25 for one disk is insane.

Jun 18th 2008 10:57AM It depends how they are done. Like seeing billboards and add along the road or on the car in a racing game is good because that's how it is in real life. But I don't want to see a Domino's delivery guy on the battle field in a game of Call of Duty.

Jun 6th 2008 10:17AM I hope we see a lot more of this. It's common knowledge that ALL communications companies suck. Honestly, you can say they are happy with their provider? These companies are a disgrace and only function because they are monopolies/oligopoilies. It's almost like they collude to provide shitty service and screw consumers every chance they get.
As much as I hate government intervention into ANYTHING, maybe it's time we do something about this industry. This is the USA. We are supposed to be the world super power, but our communication capabilities put us at the back of the pack. This needs to be changed.
