Nov 13th 2005 4:14PM I have a reliable inside source who says they are aware of it and it will be fixed soon. The problem is not actually Papa John's fault. With the release of 10.4.3 there were some changes with the operating system.

Oct 12th 2005 5:42PM I had this problem also. I just clicked of "Check for Purchases" under advanced and it worked fine the next time. Apple's infastructure probably is having trouble handling the slam.
