Rock Band Weekly: Brutal Legend pack, Black Tide, Blink-182, Satriani, Kansas, L7 {Joystiq}

Oct 9th 2009 3:04PM yes, that is what I screamed when I saw that too.

Summer Song and Motorcycle Driving would be awesome as well.

Guest post: Setting up an AT&T MicroCell with Murphy Mac {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Oct 3rd 2009 1:41AM The GPS tells it where it is, if you're not in Raleigh or Charlotte, supposedly it doesn't work at least it was reported earlier.

You only have to pay for the Microcell

@silversurfer01973

You only pay for the microcell, the rest is your service. The other payments are for if you want unlimited time while on your own line. yeah, lame.

Guitar Hero 5: October DLC {Joystiq}

Sep 28th 2009 2:10PM I'd take Stroke, Freeze Frame, and The Beautiful people. The last one just to see my 8 year old girl sing it.

Swag Sunday: Metroid Prime Trilogy (Wii) [update] {Joystiq}

Sep 21st 2009 12:02AM for me, it was the GameCube version when you shot something that exploded and your face reflected in the visor. It was the first time a FPS had done something like that and when you're playing late at night with a newborn that wouldn't sleep it was kinda freaky

HP makes nice with Apple users, intros two new MediaSmart Servers {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Sep 15th 2009 11:25PM so how about us poor saps that bought the 485 because it got Macworld Best of show only to find out the time capsule backup is only as big as your largest hard drive (as long as nothing wrote to it while you were setting it up)

15% restocking fee for something that didn't work, so I kept it. I just hit my limit of a 915GB backup since I only have 1TB HDs in it. I ran out of space on my 1GB time capsule and thought this was a good upgrade.

I'm hoping there's a software update because the hardware specs on this thing are less than 'amazing' and there's no way the 485/487 model couldn't run this.

How would you change Olympus' E-P1? {Engadget}

Sep 5th 2009 11:09AM viewfinder is what stopped me from buying it.

Rumor: Snow Leopard let out of the cage early {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Aug 13th 2009 2:44PM Maybe so they can have it shipping on their back to school systems available in September? or have something to get everyone excited about whatever music products they launch in September so while people are looking at those they have snow leopard to talk about as well?

I'm in no hurry, Leopard has been wonderful i'll take it at that great price. Be interesting to see how the 'pc vs mac' commercials capitalize on that.

Confession: I hate my Apple TV {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Aug 5th 2009 10:32PM I have no complaints about mine, only caveat is I watch on a 27" LCD TV so maybe that does something as far as my view of 'quality' in that it looks fine to me on that even with HD content

Our iTablet Dreams: What TUAW is wishing for {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Aug 4th 2009 3:42PM I have always wanted a Matryoshka Doll of compute power. From ultra portable/long battery life to full power system.

I've also lusted after the Duo since the 270 series and its follow ons came out a long time ago. One of those awesomely ahead of it's time but unbearably expensive laptops. Expansion slots (pre-pccard days) in a big ol motorized docking station.

I would love a two or three phase docking system. One that is mobile, portable, and connected that when connected into other systems keeps what you want mobile mobile and when you want to play a 30" screen you can do so with the same parts of data.

The iPhone is a good start, tethering would make it useful and tethering for
