HDTV predictions for 2006: who's right? {Engadget HD}

Oct 6th 2005 12:50PM I would add the following: HTPC technology will be seen as one of the best ways to adopt HDTV DVD. In other words, HD DVD will not be as big of a player as consumers utilizing their PCs to play HD content. This will begin in 2006 and be seen as the norm in 2007.
