Jul 11th 2008 6:21PM I would never recommend another Palm Phone. My company had three users with Treo's all of which had to be replaced at least once in the first year. One user went through 3 Treo's before replacing it with an HTC phone. Software issues, rebooting, locking up, etc. etc.
Apple looses minor Apple TV 2.0.1 update {Engadget HD}
Mar 31st 2008 3:29PM It hasn't stopped my Apple TV from locking up. I use an HDMI Switch and I've seen a couple of forums where people are having trouble with the Apple TV freezing. When I switch over to Apple TV I see the Apple symbol on my screen. I try to do something with the remote, but it just sits there. I didn't have this problem with the 1.0 firmware. If it sits for a while I have to reboot it by cycling power to it.

Cox adds four new HD channels in Kansas {Engadget HD}
Dec 19th 2007 5:00PM We've seen the new HD channels listed on our TIVO Series 3 Guide for about 3 weeks now in Orange County, CA. We see the channel listings, but have been receiving no signals. I was informed by Cox (after being transferred 3 times and having to re-explain what I was seeing or rather not seeing each time) that the cable cards used by the TIVO Series 3 did not have enough bandwidth to support the new additional channels and that is why I was not able to see anything on those new channels.
Having read this article I forgot to check the channels after the 12/17 launch. I'll check tonight and see if what they told me about the cable cards was correct or not.
I find it curious that TIVO saw the channels weeks before their launch. I wonder if the traditional Cox HD Boxes showed the same channels ahead of the launch.
