Aug 27th 2008 2:51AM i'm thinking of cancelling my account. i've been with them almost 9 years and spent $150.00 to get a very bad 811 model hd upgrade about 3 1/2 years ago. unfortunately that gives me zip in local channels and the new hd channels. i dropped the hd package and am like you on the el crappo sd system. i couldn't get them to give me an upgrade so its time to hit the road. did you find a way to get an upgrade package without paying out more money? i'm going to be forced into going with direct or cable it seems.

Jul 27th 2007 11:13AM it wasn't me driving it was "herbie." gives new meaning to the film herbie fully loaded. she needs to spend a long time in jail. maybe that would give her a new perspective on life.
