Sep 20th 2008 1:06AM Yes Linux knowledge is required for this phone, & yes it may seem primitve. At the same time there is alot more options, software is being updated everyday, all of it is free. No 2 yr. contracts all the way unlocked. I myself don't worry about edge, 3G to make calls gprs is just fine for that, data is seperate issue. Neo is my favorite phone i every had. Way open software & hardware. The best way i could describe this computer/phone right now in two words is Future Primitive

Sep 16th 2008 9:51PM I wonder if PS3's could be firmware updated to play PS4 titles when the time comes. There will be 4K blu rays in the future. I think current blu ray players can have there firmware updated to play 100 GB blu ray's, I don't think current blu ray burners can have there firmware updated to burn 100 BG blu ray's maybe some can
