Actually I'll be buying more HD-DVD discs now. But hey, I understand I really do, if I payed $600 for the losing "game console" I'd want my HD movie format to win too.

Aug 16th 2007 11:05AM I just bought the TMNT HD-DVD/DVD and think it's cool that my kids can watch it in the car if they want and Dad can put on the HD version at home.
I'd be buying Ratatoulli and Spiderman 3 combo discs if they were available. But hey, getting the cheaper standard def DVD's is no big loss for me.

Aug 8th 2007 2:55AM Best Buy and Target in my area sold out of 300 on HD-DVD, plenty of Blu.
Xbox 360 HD DVD player now just $179 {Engadget HD}
Jul 26th 2007 2:13PM Dangit and I jumped at Best Buy's two free HD DVD's deal earlier this month. Oh well at least I could pick any two I wanted.
At least I can still take comfort in knowing that I picked the winning format.

Jun 5th 2007 10:02AM The next-gen console war I think will play a bigger factor in this format war than most people realize. Currently Microsoft has the upper hand, and if Bungie delivers the good in September...watch out.
