What we're watching tonight:- Discovery (1080i) presents the series premiere of The Detonators at 8 p.m. and Cosmic Collisions at 10 p.m.
- NBC (1080i) has Knight Rider at 8 p.m. and Law & Order at 10 p.m.
- Showtime (1080i) airs Inside the NFL at 9 p.m.
- Fox (720p) kicks in American Idol at 8 p.m. and Lie to Me at 9 p.m.
- ABC (720p) has Lost at 9 p.m. and Life on Mars at 10:02 p.m.
- FX (720p) brings Damages at 10 p.m.
- MTV (1080i) has The Real World at 10 p.m.
- DirecTV (1080i) airs Wonderland at 10 p.m.
- Travel (1080i) has Man vs. Food at 10 p.m.
- ESPN (720p) has college basketball with Duke/Wake Forest at 7 p.m. and Warriors/Mavericks NBA action at 9 p.m.
- ESPN2 (720p) has 2009 Australian Open coverage at 9:30 p.m.
- Tennis Channel (1080i) has 2009 Australian Open coverage at 7 p.m.
- ESPNU (720p) has college basketball with Pitt/Villanova at 7 p.m. and Texas Tech/Texas at 9 p.m.

I saw a pilot of Lie To Me and I liked it a lot. The show is pretty promising.

No, Life on Mars wasn't cancelled, they just had a break. They have at least 10 episodes left in the first season.
