Sony loading up New Yankee Stadium with BRAVIA HDTVs
Someone's got to pay for the New York Yankees' $1.3 billion new stadium, and after cutting deals with Mitsubishi and Cisco, Sony is next in line. Continuing an existing relationship, expect the house Ruth didn't build to house 550 BRAVIAs and professional LCDs throughout the hallways and offices, Sony HD ads around the ballpark, plus PlayStation 3 and Vaio systems available for fans to use. Expect a 30 second sony ad to run on that slick HD scoreboard before Opening Day and each game afterwards, punch the read link for more information on the ads and the screens we'll be seeing them on.

A match made in heaven. Overpriced tv's to go with overpriced seats to watch overpriced players underperform.

**Sigh** AT&T Park got the HDTV upgrade for the All-Star Game back in '07. Seriously... how is this news?

Why is everyone so cynical, sheesh!
What I find interesting is that Sony *paid* to put probably 100s of TVs in the park. At least that's what it sounds like. Whoever is in charge of Yankee Stadium is a marketing genius!
Now I just need to see if he can get Sony to pay to put a TV in my house.
