Samsung updates the BD-P2500/2550 with DTS-HD HRA/MA
It's nice to see that with all the new stuff flying around during CES that some manufactures continue to update the existing models. We're sure owners of both the BD-P2500 and BD-P2550 will be happy to know that all those discrete analog outputs on the back just got a whole lot more useful. Thanks to the latest version of the firmware (2.4), in addition to being able to decode Dolby TrueHD, those holding on to an older A/V receiver will also be able to enjoy both versions of DTS-HD.

Interesting; wonder if they'll update the BD-UP5000 as well? Not that it really matters to me, since I just bitstream anyway... but I know a lot of folks that were expecting more from the 7.1 analog outs.
