this is great. If this were $200 I'd get one for sure and get rid of my portable DVD player.
Useless? Ignore the screen size. Nobody is watching a blu-ray on a portable player in order to experience awesome PQ; this is about being able to watch your blu-rays anywhere.
This is also a useful tool to take to relatives' or friends' houses and show off blu-ray.

He's right. Portable DVD players are lesser quaility than regular DVD players. Portable means you can watch a movie on the go without lugging a TV with you. So the screen's small. If it plays Blus alright, then I'm sold.
