Taking a page from
i.TV, last night during the
Ballmer keynote Microsoft announced a Netflix queue management app for Windows Mobile devices. Pick a Watch Instantly movie and it shows right up in your Xbox 360 (or any other Netflix-enabled device's) viewing queue. PyxisMobile offers similar functionality in its Smartflix program for those who can't wait until later this month when Microsoft & Netflix's homegrown version becomes available.

Hell yea. Honestly, I will use this app.
"Hey you seen this movie?"
"Why no I haven't, but I will in a few days!"

It's actually even more useful than that due to the instant queue. Since you can't manage that queue on the device you are watching it on, your WinMo device becomes a remote control for your viewing.

Later this month? I thought they said it was going to be released on Friday.

Not bad, Microsoft. I just wish they'd got the extra mile and give us an app that will stream Watch Now to a windows mobile device. Those with higher powered WinMo devices with VGA screens and a 3G network would love this (i.e. Fuze, Touch Pro, Touch HD, Etc).

Can't wait, I'll be using it!!!!

This sort of mobile app is virtually mandatory for folks using the Instant queue. I've been using PhoneFlix (similar Android app) on my TMO G1 for the past couple of weeks, and am loving it.
