Unfortunately there is no solution for LPCM via PC. Windows XP/Vista & software down sample everything.
The Xonar card and Arcsoft TMT are PAVP compliant, this means that the need to downsample to 48kHz/16 bit is no required.
From my understanding they only do Bitstream. This is the reason why the audio never gets downsampled.
