- HBO PPV (1080i) presents De La Hoya/Pacquiao boxing at 9 p.m.
- ESPN (720p) has Arizona/Arizona State college football at 8 p.m.
- ESPN2 (720p) airs South Florida/West Virginia college football at 8 p.m. and Cincinnati/Hawaii at 11:30 p.m.
- ESPNU (720p) has Wisconsin/Marquette college basketball at 9:30 p.m.
- Sci Fi (1080i) premieres Cyclops at 9 p.m.

Why bother posting HD listings at almost 8pm?
