I agree with Dan that the employees were grossly mistreated. So were any customers who ordered merchandise and can't pick it up (according to a Boston Globe story today). Of course it's a reckless thing to hack a corporate website and I bet they'll sue the pants off the hackers if they can track them down....but then again, corporate malfeasance is reckless, too.
