Well, either way, TWC has had a far longer presence in Southwest Ohio and they have controlled the infrastructure for a long time. Remember that Time Warner is still building up it's infrastructure in the Cleveland area from the Comcast/Adelphia takeover. I know, I've lived in both cities equally the last five years from attending college and going home, and using Time Warner in both markets. It has nothing to do with Cincy having more money.
