No thanks. Panny BD-35K for $249.99 at Best Buy of all places. Even cheaper on Amazon.

Huh? The Panasonic has the same MSRP as this Sherwood. Just because the street price of the panny is better than the MSRP of the Sherwood means.... nothing! Except that the Sherwood will probably street at first for $250, and drop to $200 by Xmas.

300 dollar MSRP competes well with the other entry level brands, who are selling for half their MSRP. If this player doesn't street for under $200 by Christmas, I'll eat my hat.
