I sell these things, and the only downside (obviously this is a thin TV with 1 HDMI input!) is the viewing angles are poor. However, viewed head-on (apply directly to the forehead!), the picture is excellent.
With the matching mount, it is stupid thin on the wall, and is definitely worth it for some rooms.
