I know they are one of the most progressive satellite TV providers and you will be treated wonderfully before you sign up with all these promises but once it's too late for you to do anything then they turn on you. I too am gadget and tech lover, but regret that I signed up with them! I'm willing to NOT have all the DIRECT2PC, online scheduling and all their HD services (get it from other company) if I can get out of their contract and have a peace of mind.]]>Nov 7th 2008 5:45PM
