I think TiVo has been working with Netflix on doing this for YEARS now. There were rumor that went so far back, and now it's finally here. I'll probably resubscribe to Netflix when they have an unlimited streaming only subscription with HD at a discounted rate. $5/Mo sounds about right to me.
