Here's hoping Verizon's Fios makes it to my neighborhood soon. Then I can have a provider who has decent channel selection, higher quality picture and sound (less compressed), AND VOD for those who want it.

Here in the Seattle area I don't think Comcast is expected to add anymore HD stations until sometime next year...probably after they start reclaiming the basic tier stations to digital.
