The Total Home DVR is already available here but the install tech told me very soon I'll also be able to record directly from every box as well. It's works incredible well and the playback and response on the sattelite units is just as fast as on the main DVR.  The current implementation only allows you to watch pre-dvr'd content on the other systems. I reset my DVR to see if the software update was available yet and when the DVR booted, it asked if I wanted to download and install the available update.<br><br>You CAN watch recordings on any TV that were already scheduled and recorded (or recording) on your DVR.
