It's over. They caught them. Speilberg and Lucas will never be able to harm another Indiana Jones again.

As Yoda would say, "Wrong you are there I think."

Spielberg and Lucas own the rights to the characters from the Indiana Jones series, Paramount just has the distribution rights.
