MOJO HD gets canceled, should vanish by year's end
Man, what a bummer. It's fairly apparent that those rumors we heard late last month are now proving true, much to our own chagrin. In a recent electronic filing by the Department of Public Utility Control in Connecticut, we're told quite plainly that MOJO HD's regularly scheduled programming will cease on October 29th, 2008. Granted, this specifies that it will no longer be available to Cox customers alone, but the attached footnote is where things get really grim. It states that parent company iN DEMAND "has announced that it will be canceling its MOJO HD regularly scheduled programming by the end of the year, but it will continue to provide OnDEMAND programs." Is this really the end of Three Sheets and I Bet You as we know them? Pardon us while we shed a tear.

Say what you want about most of the programming, but Three Sheets was top notch. Hopefully the show will get picked up on another HD channel and Zane Lamprey will once again rise to power.

I really enjoyed I bet you .. they were fun to watch

Zane Lamprey was on the radio a few months back and said they had already shot the 4th season of Three Sheets and it would begin airing in January. Hopefully another channel will pick it up. On demand is insufficient for those of us with TIVO HD.

I only watched MOJO here in Portland, OR when Comcast would switch it to local programming for HD Blazers and U of O Ducks broadcasts. MOJO's own programming never really enticed me.

someone else better pick up i bet you, three sheets, and pressure cook. those shows were very entertaining and it would be a shame if they were gone forever.

Zane did a food network show that wasn't about drinking. don't remember the name, but it wasn't as good as three sheets.

Have Fork Will Travel.
Yeah, it's kinda like the censored, 'daytime' version of Zane.

Oh man! This really sucks! I hope three sheets does get picked up by another network. Its one of my favorite shows. It always gets me in the mood to drink :) Good luck Zane!

What the hell is a "position"??? Do they mean "channel"? "Position 764" sounds extremely awkward.

If you'd watched Three's Company, you'd understand...

Hopefully Three Sheets will get picked up by someone else. That show is top notch, the rest of MOJO's shows were sub par at best.
chuck @ Oct 6th 2008 2:14PM
Cox, please give us HDNET and HDNET please add Three Sheets to your lineup.
Thanks!

Three Sheets ruled and i liked wall street warriors too :( Especially those awful hacks that were pushing sandisk to cold calls and lost their ass.

Three Sheets was a good show.. that one show where they took away all your tech gear for a week and made you live like a Quaker was stupid, though. This channel was decent, too bad it's gone!
