I agree that they have done a good job rolling out features here in buffalo, but they need to keep adding these features to keep their customers. Fios is available here now, and if it weren't for the apartment complex that I live in (I am locked in to twc), I would have switched a while ago.
Though if they keep it up, they will be right up there with directtv, dish, and fios. The only two other he channels that I really want that they don't have are sny hd and fx hd. If they add those I will be all set.
One other thing that I don't understand is that durin the olymipis they temporarily added five channels for the coverage. Why don't tvy just keep them? They obviously have the capability to provide them, so why not keep them up?
