So all that the iPhone app needs to do is send event triggers based on GPS location. This was the idea that Kevin Rose posted on his blog (of course he's so much of an Apple fanboy that he could never imagine a company like Crestron pulling something like this off - roll eyes)
Using GPS location to determine what room you're in is pretty useless. Assuming you can even get a GPS signal lock indoors, the accuracy will be crap. It could never figure out what room you're in.
