Too little, too late. These guys need to get their head out of the sand. You can't sell a 720p projector for $15k, even if it is 3-chip. They should have gone ahead and made it 1080p and jacked the price up a little more.
Agreed. I shared your thoughts in this regards. I couldn't help but look at the press release a second time. 1280x720? /w HDMI 1.3a ports? So I can hook up an expensive blu-ray player to this and get half the resolution displayed? :| For a low low price of a used luxury car?
I could see 15k maybe becoming more justifable if it was a 1080p projector since its a 3-chip dlp projector.
