Those are good looking speakers, granted, good looking speakers do not equate to good sound. There is the wife approval factor that most of us have to get around.

My first pair of real speakers were Boston Acoustic VR940s, outstanding speakers, I actually still have them because of that. I have since upgraded to the Paradigm Studio series, but the higher end Boston Acoustic and solid speakers.

Now if only I could convince the wife to let me purchase some B&W 800 series, now those are some sexy speakers and sound amazing to boot!
