No need for any additional equipment as it will work by adding more streams to the member. You will only be able to access the DVR from nonDVR boxes, you will not be able to record or delete from these boxes. Verizon just added HD streaming from HD-DVR boxes with verizon 1.6.  Portland, OR got the update first last week (Aug 6).  SD streaming had been available for a while, well ever sent I got Fios TV with Multi-Room Media service in Jan '08.<br><br>I find it odd and/or weird coincidence that at&t too is at 1.6.
